Delivery Timeframes
- Greater Cairo: 1–3 business days
- All other governorates: 2–5 business days

Shipping & Handling
Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in optimal condition, as they are sensitive in nature. For this reason, we do not allow packages to be opened upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
